The first 'Belli Hejje' conducted by actress Thara as chair person of karnataka Chalanachitra Academy was packed with audience with B Jaya - Kulli Jaya as chief guest. Kulla Dwarakish was also present at the 27th Belli Hejje focusing B Jaya in an interaction session. The photo exhibition of B Jaya and felicitation to the actress of 200 films was also held at Priyadarshini Hall.
 
Maha Kulla of Kannada cinema Dwarakish recommended Rajyotsava award for the actress. B Jaya has given a solid base among the female comedians. For my growth in the comedy roles the contribution of MN Lakshmi Devi and B Jaya is unforgettable stated Dwarakish.
 
Veteran actor Sudarshan, dialogue writer Kunigal Nagabhushan and Registrar of Karnataka Chalanachitra Academy Jagannath Prakash were also present at 'Belli Hejje' with B Jaya.
